A customer account in Manage My Booking will be created when you make a booking with us. After you have made a booking, you will be able to request access to Manage My Booking by providing the lead passenger's surname and booking reference and a secure link will be sent to the lead passenger's email address to grant access. You may use this customer account to view and manage your bookings. It shall be your sole responsibility to keep access information secret. You are responsible for all activities that take place on your account.
